After today's conversation i officially have to self declare that my MANDARIN AND CANTONESE needs to improve SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!
I felt so disappointed with my own performance today compared to yesterday.I need to tune my mind to different language right now.
How could i ever divide a parent and child(a term we use when the passenger wants to divide the booking out from the original) booking and still say its the same reservation number?*slaps*
I need to take a good night rest and start a fresh GOOD tomorrow before the actual battle next Tuesday morning.When i actually have conversations with mostly the Aussie's.I pray they would be nice,patient,kind,polite people!
